The Best of Marco Island Boat Tour
Built to be a beachfront paradise
Marco has always been an island, but it looks much different today than it did 50 years ago. Purchased in 1962 by Florida’s famous Mackle brothers, a construction family, Marco Island was built to be a waterfront vacation paradise. Enjoy seeing Marco from the water on this boat tour, as the Mackle brothers intended it to be enjoyed.
Waterfront views
See where you are staying on Marco beach as this tour cruises past the beachfront hotels and highrise condominiums. Your knowledgeable tour guide can pinpoint precisely where you are staying and explain where Marco South beach, Resident’s beach, and Tigertail beach are. Also, learn about the small communities around Marco, such as Caxambas, Old Marco, Isles of Capri, and Goodland.
Mansions and restaurants
Marco’s best boat tour will take you to Marco Estates, where you’ll cruise by waterfront estate vacation homes of both the rich and famous. Your guide will share information about real estate on Marco Island, show you some mansions for sale, some that have recently, and even point out where a few celebrities live. Hear the story of our most famous home, the Cape Romano Dome House, and see rare pictures. Our tour will also pass by some waterfront restaurants, and you’ll receive local knowledge and recommendations from our captain and guide about where the best places to eat are hidden on the island.
”Such a great and exciting experience!! Captain Nate was so knowledgeable on the local history, animals and nature. Captain Jules recommended a wonderful lunch spot and took awesome pictures. Both my 16 year old son and I highly recommend and will do again when back in the area! Thanks for a great day!
